Hebei JS Group was established in 1977 and has a first-level general contracting qualification for construction.Since its establishment,the group has undertaken more than 40 public projects in our city,and won more than 100 provincial outstanding project awards.These projects have won unanimous praise from the industry for their indestructible quality,high-quality structure and beautiful appearance,and occupy an advantageous position in the industry.The rapid development of the group requires the improvement of employees’ initiative.However,there are many problems in the teamwork and work passion of the group’s employees,especially the grassroots employees,and they cannot give full play to their innovative capabilities and strive for more for the group.The value of achieving corporate goals.Therefore,the most important problem facing the group’s human resource management is to establish a complete and efficient incentive measures and formulate an appropriate incentive guarantee system to ensure the full operation of the incentive measures.According to the actual background of the development of Hebei JS Group,this article summarizes the current human resource management and incentive status of Hebei JS Group.Use questionnaire survey and other methods to sort out the effect of Hebei JS Group’s employee motivation,and use factor analysis to evaluate the statistical results,determine the effect of Hebei JS Group’s employee motivation,and analyze the main problems.Through the above investigation and analysis,it is understood that the level of employee satisfaction is not very high.The main problems in employee motivation include salary and benefits,employee career planning,employee education and training,and corporate culture.Then,in response to the above problems,according to the hierarchy of needs theory,etc.,combined with the principles of optimization design,the employee incentive measures were designed and improved,which improved the effect of employee incentives of Hebei JS Group and increased organizational revenue.Finally,in order to further ensure the normal operation of the measure,this paper proposes safeguard measures: establish an organizational safeguard system,establish a full participation system,strengthen supervision and establish a feedback system to ensure the fair,just,and smooth operation of the optimization measures,and achieve good incentive effects.
