In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises must strengthen the management of talents if they want to develop rapidly.The competition of talents will determine the core competence of enterprises.But at present,staff motivation effect of CBI is not good and the motivation mode is simple,which restricts the optimization and construction of the organization.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the incentive mechanism of CBI to improve the construction of staff and realize the strategic goal of enterprise development.Based on the theory of human resource management and staff motivation,this thesis makes a systematic study on employee motivation in CBI by using practical research.First of all,sort out the relevant motivation theory and related literature by literature research method,and put forward the theoretical basis and framework of this study.Secondly,select CBI as a case study,combined the current incentive measures and effects of CBI through the questionnaire survey method,refine the opinions and needs of employees,analyze the problems in staff motivation management of CBI.Thirdly,combined the analysis of motivation theory and practice,the thesis optimizes the motivation system of CBI,constructs the motivation model for different employees of CBI,and puts forward the implementation feedback of targeted motivation measures,and puts forward the safeguard measures from the four aspects of organization,system,finance and talents.The conclusion of this thesis provides decision-making reference for CBI’s employee motivation,and provides meaningful reference for CBI to build a strong motivation support and mechanism guarantee,and then allow full play to the greatest advantage of employees,and promote the company development.
