Safety problem of Human-Vehicle-Road system is a typical problem of safety system engineering. Drivers' safety perception of the character of road and the variety of automobile function is the foundation of adopting homologous behavior. It is the root of traffic safety that subjective safety perception and objective safety degree of road and vehicle can be reasonable matching.Be subject to expressway Human-Vehicle system safety , on the base of applying theory of drivers behavior to analyse the characters of travelling on highway, the dissertation point out drivers' perception of vehicle safety is relevant to road traffic safety nearly and the index of vehicle perceived safety (IVPS)can measure vehicle safety. This article analyzed the effect of vehicle factors on drivers' safety perception, and set up a comprehensive evaluation model with a method combine nature and ration.By organizing dissimilar drivers, cognition evaluating experiments on different vehicle condition and experts investigation were carried into execution. By applying Fuzzy Theory and AHP, this dissertation set up a mathematics model of assessment to quantitative evaluate drivers' perception of vehicle safety, finally gained the index of vehicle perceived safety. This thesis provide an effective Computer Aided Estimate system to judging the safety of highway.
