Research On Maintenance Technology Of Small Town Bridges

There was no code for small town bridge's construction in our country, therefore, which led to many questions about technology and management. In order to solve these questions, and make the small town to develop in a steady speed, under the subsidy of the key item of the Ministry of Science and Technology " the key technology to the traffic and road construction in the small town " (2003BA808A15-1 ),a suitable maintenance technology system of small town bridges is studied in this paper.From the study of the data that was collected on the ground, the features, the questions and the overall conditions of typical diseases of small town bridges are analyzed and summarized, and above of these, the maintenance technology system is built up. Firstly, the typical diseases of small town bridges are summarized, and the way of maintenance and repairing is given; Secondly, the adaptable way which is above AHP and Delphi of the small town bridge's general and load-capacity evaluation is established. Thirdly, on the basis of the study on the way of domestic and international bridge detection and the Code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and culverts, the main contents and the work request of the bridge detection are drawn; At last, the principle of when will need strengthening and how to select methods is interpreted, then the adaptable methods of the small town bridges' strengthening are explained.
