The Research On Quality Assessment System Of Highway Engineering Project

Highway engineering project quality assessment is one of important topics in the domain of highway engineering project quality management. In order to improve the quality management level and assure quality of highway engineering project, it's important to establish a rounded quality assessment system of highway engineering project. Based on fully analyzing the content of highway engineering project quality, this dissertation makes a deep theoretic study and applied research on the quality assessment system of highway engineering project. The main contents and achievements of this dissertation can be concluded as followings:With the analysis of the contents and characteristic of highway engineering project quality, it indicates that the highway engineering project quality includes not only the results but also the processes of highway engineering project, namely, orienting the full process of the highway engineering project quality. Then, the principles, which should be followed in establishing rounded quality assessment system of highway engineering project, are put forward.Putting forward the concept of general highway engineering project quality assessment firstly, and the three-dimensional model about the contents of it is established. According to the principles of quality assessment system, the system architecture of highway engineering project quality assessment is constructed, which fully embodies the contents of highway engineering project quality. And then, it establishes the quality assessment indices system of all the stages of project, such as: project decision-making stage, survey & design stage, construction stage and service stage. When constructing indices and calculating powers of it, AHP (the Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is adopted. And it uses fuzzy theory to solve the integrative assessment problem.
