Quality Managewent System For Wei Fang Section Of Rongwu Expressway

Project quality control theory was put forward in1920’s, and it went through a long period of time to improve until1970’s with the birth of ISO9000Quality Control System Standard. The theory system has further developed and the standard system is becoming increasingly perfect. However, it needs to be further concluded and explored as to how to apply the advanced theory to practice and to develop it in our practical work.As an important theory, project control has been applied by highway construction companies for more than20years, yet many problems still remain in the project administration of these companies, especially the problem of quality administration, and these problems badly distress the development of highway cause. Taking Rongwu Expressway as an example, the study aims to explore and analyze the application status quo of project quality administration and the problems remained in highway owners, builders and supervises companies. The thesis begins with an introduction of the construction of Rongwu Expressway and a statement of the research background, significance and the research methods, and it also has a review and expectation of the theory background and the dynamic study of the theory. Then the thesis has an introduction of the owner, the contractor and the builder of the expressway in the2nd, the3rd and the4th chapter respectively. It mainly states the standard demand of the owner on the project construction quality in the process of the project construction and how the contractor fully employs the project control theory to direct it’s production while applying the overall quality control theory and the PDCA recycle method to have quality control and management everywhere and all the time according to the owner’s demand, and many typical cases are given here.Finally, the author points out that in the present fierce competition market of highway construction, through the application of project quality administration, highway construction companies will be able to solve the problems mentioned in the thesis successfully.
