The patency of the road to improve the living standards of the people,convenient for people to travel and economic and social activities,plays a very important role,between highway 211 line wasigou to guzan section located in Sichuan province Kangding County ditch gas to guzan Town,from the Chengdu highway mileage of about 360 km,is connected with the National Highway G318 Road,highway 211 highway,traffic conditions are very important.In order to further improve the provincial trunk highway network and improve the traffic conditions along the roads of Danba county and the road,the road section of the 211 route of the provincial highway should be rebuilt.This article through the use of project quality management and schedule management theory to study the optimization of highway 211 line wasigou guzan town to rebuild the project schedule and quality management,the main work is as follows: firstly,introduced the progress of the project management and project quality management,including its definition,its main contents,also introduces the management method specific.Secondly,analyzed the general situation of the provincial highway 211 line wasigou to guzan Town section reconstruction project,including project introduction,project construction and project conditions,construction goal,project organization,project implementation,analyzes the problems existing in the project schedule,including the analysis of the causes of construction progress of the preparatory work is lagging behind,the quality of the scene the low level of management,quality control measures are not in place,the blind pursuit of the progress of the project led to the obvious problem of project quality,and the problems existing in project quality management,including all subcontractors in order to maximize profits,to reduce the requirements of the quality of the contract,the project increased the difficulty of investigation before the implementation of the project work not done enough,the corresponding project location,policies and human factors on the quality of the project.Influence of project schedule on quality.Finally,using PERT,critical path method,the Gantt chart method,on the highway 211 line wasigou to guzan Town section reconstruction project schedule is optimized,including the re schedule planning,project work breakdown,project activity duration estimating and ranking.Project milepost of project schedule and plan,Gantt chart,key route is determined,and based on the detailed project schedule,the project schedule monitoring scheme,dynamic adjustment of project schedule and project schedule management measures,and to control the quality of the project: to establish project quality assurance system,divided into ideological guarantee the organization system,guarantee system,target management assurance system,quality assurance system,production process,quality inspection information assurance system,quality assurance system,economic guarantee system,ensure the implementation of the project process,ideology,organization,economic,quality supervision and other comprehensive guarantee.Improve the project quality assurance measures,strengthen quality education,technical training,improve the quality of the information network,and control measures from the process of engineering materials,control measures,construction control measures,engineering payment control measures such as multi-faceted project quality control scheme is put forward.
