Study On Quality Management Of Material Procurement Of Highway Engineering Project

With the development of China’s social economy towards high quality,quality issues are of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprises,so it becomes more important to improve the current quality management system of enterprises.Material procurement is the foundation of engineering project construction and an important part of engineering project management.The quality of materials procurement is directly related to the quality of engineering project construction.The research on the quality management of engineering project material procurement is not only widely applied to the quality management system,but also has rich practical significance to the quality management of other related industries.First of all,through the introduction of research background and the status quo at home and abroad,further put forward the research direction and goal,combined with the basic principles of project management and quality management and related theory,form based on total quality management of the procurement quality management theory,and puts forward the procurement management methods and problem analysis method.Secondly,based on the basic principles of TQM(total quality management),design the procurement quality management optimization,set up the whole process of project material purchasing management PDCA circulation(Plan、Do 、Check and Act),including P phase,phase D the basis of the quality management system to ensure quality control of purchasing process,the procurement work quality improvement and A phase,the phase C material quality problem of emergency treatment,In addition,PDCA mini-cycle quality control is carried out in the procurement process of D stage,and so on,to form a continuous improvement plan of procurement quality based on PDCA cycle.Finally,combined with the case,the use of influencing factors analysis,to determine the problems in the process of material procurement management,the causes of its problems are analyzed.Applying PDCA cycle management approach to quality management in S company material purchasing,save the purchase cost,the effect of PDCA cycle management for the company S project material purchasing quality management is an effective conclusion,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures and quality management problems,to achieve the purpose of research on material purchasing quality management.The characteristics and innovation of this paper lie in: by putting forward the quality problem of material procurement,using cause-and-effect diagram analysis and in-depth analysis of its causes;Based on total quality management,design procurement quality management optimization scheme,the whole process,all staff,comprehensive,multi-method analysis of problems;Based on the PDCA cycle management method,the existing problems are improved,and corresponding safeguards are proposed to solve the problems from multiple levels.Combining the quality management method of total quality management with the actual case,it is concluded that PDCA cycle management method is effective in the quality management of highway engineering project material procurement.To further improve the comprehensiveness of the application of total quality management,but also to provide reference for the future related quality management research.
