The economic strength of city growes on and the standard of living escalates on development of city, whereas a lot of problemes also are brought. On the one hand, urban development brings some serious ecological problems like acid rain, air pollution, shortage and pollution of fresh water resource, greenhouse effect and so on. Ingravescent ecological environment has not already commendably supported requirements of urban sustainable development. On the other hand, urban development gotten life strain sense of urbanite enhance, whereas urban fallow green spacese are taken up. Thus it is incapable of commendably satisfing desires of playing of urbanite. Urban parks by way of the most chief component of green space and the most activated organic constituent in city are increasingly paid attention to people, because of it's complex functiones of ameliorated ecological environment, exuberated townscape, offered play space for people and so on. The officeres have also paid more attention to urban parks construction. On abroad, urban park system is early seen as a separate system is researched; therefor the research techniques are limited. At home, the construction of urban parks falls over iteself for single park construction, whereas whole construction then is less considered. Incorporating urban park constructive actuality of our country, ecological environment problem and tourist play problem are due to irrational layout station of park landscape. Wherefore, in view of theory analyses and practice analyses both home and abroad of urban parks construction, we bring up a multiplex reasech method in which landscape ecology theory is primary leading idea and other subject theory is secondary gist. Taking example for Changsha City, we analyses actuality of urban parks construction from landscape spatial arrangement, landscape dynamic development, and service condition and so on, and appraise potential of urban park system construction. On this foundation, the countermeasure and aggregated model of urban park system construction in Changsha City are discussed in this paper. The conclusions are following.(1) According to the basic theory of landscape space structure analysis, we analysed the instance of spatial arrangement of urban park in Changsha City.
