Research On Re-design Of Locomotive Productivity Layout And Related Problem

This paper aims at the adjustment of locomotive productivity layout, which composed of current locomotive productivity layout situation, locomotive routing type and system of locomotive crew and locomotive operation as well as way of changing shifts of locomotive crew, locomotive repair and maintenance, and the project of adjusting of locomotive productivity layout.In chapter 1 and chapter 2, they introduce the current locomotive productivity layout situation. Furthermore, they point out the main problems underlying.Chapter 3 is a main part of the paper. This chapter discusses about the propping conditions of adjusting of locomotive productivity layout, which composed of locomotive routing type, system of locomotive crew and of locomotive operation as well as way of changing shifts of locomotive crew. In this part, first it clarifies the concept of locomotive extended routing, and analyzes the application term of extended routing and the influence of carrying out locomotive extended routing on locomotive productivity layout. Second, according to technique request of railway striding developing, we decide to select system of alternate of locomotive crew and the way changing shifts of locomotive crew in midway station after comparison. Finally, comparing all the system of locomotive operation, we determine that system of circle of locomotive operation is fits of carrying out locomotive extended routing.In chapter 4 and chapter 5, they deal with locomotive repair and maintenance, involving the development of thought of maintain, defining thought of maintain which resolve around reliability and the developing directions of repairing procedure of locomotive, a combined forecasting model is established by combining unitary linear regression with GM(1,1) to forecast the quantity of locomotive of 2020 according to railway developing programming over a long period of time; the following calculates the capacity of locomotive repair and analyzes the influence of the capacity of repair to locomotive productivity...
