With the crisis of energy and environment, hybrid electric vehicle has become one of the focuses of clearing vehicle in the world. Our research objective — powertrain control strategy is also a focus of HEV. Linked the study of HEV powertrain control strategy, this thesis introduces the developments as follows:A. Introduce the features of four kinds of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV): serial HEV, parallel HEV, combined HEV and electric wheels HEV, and this can help researcher choose right HEV kind or control strategy.B. Based SGMW Newsunshine, a new parallel HEV is designed, and then a simulation is done to show the new car's performance parameters by the ADVISOR soft.C. Aimed the lowest oil consume, a fuzzy logic control strategy for the sample parallel HEV is designed and the simulation result shows that this strategy seems feasible and proved much better than the parallel electric assistant control strategy.D. Integrated characters of CAN bus, both the software and hardware of energy control system are designed. In hardware, all chips elected are common, cheap and easy used. And used C51 computer language, this paper designed the program for the fuzzy logic HEV control strategy.The fuzzy logic control strategy, which is simple and better than common electric aid strategy, can change its rules to meet other kinds of HEVs, so it has great vital force and can be used large scale.
