Concrete pump is modernization construction equipment of continuous transporting concrete by pipeline depending on pressure, which has a lot of characteristics of maneuverability, short prepare time and a little environment pollution etc. it is able to continuous complete horizontal and vertical transportation, long transportation distance, and high pumpage. It can place concrete on high-rise building of two and three hundred meters, great foundation of ten thousand cubic meters by pumping method. Therefore, concrete pump that has high-quality and high-efficiency is popular among construction industry.The paper establishes basic math model on the pumpage of concrete pump, in terms of structure of concrete pump, working principle, rheological behavior into pipeline and pressure changing of concrete, presents concept of real-time pumping efficiency and analyzes cause and influence factors of it. At the construction site, pressure signal of cylinder oil and displacement of concrete pump are measured based on data collection program which is designed, and pressure signal and displacement are carefully analyzed. Three measure methods are presented on the basis of basic math model, which are compared in terms of experiment data and make a judge whether or not meet demand of measuring precision.In Chapter 1, summarizes market requirement and foreground of concrete pump, which have some advantages, such as high-efficiency, low-cost, laborsaving and so on. Overview on development and tend in development of concrete pump at home and abroad, types and working principle are introduced. At last, mostly research significance and research content of the paper are described.In Chapter 2, pumpability and rheological behavior of concrete are introduced. By rheology theory and equation of concrete, summarizes that general concrete mix belongs to "Bingham" and "plug flow" into a pipeline. When concrete mix flows in a pipeline which includes straight, siphon and taper, changing, losing and influence factors of pressure in a concrete pipeline are analyzed.
