Concrete pump is a construction device which pumps concrete depending on the pressure in the pipe. It is able to complete horizontal and vertical transportation continuously at the same time and it has charateristics of high effiency, labor saving, low cost, long transportation distance, and high pumpage. Concrete pump is an perfect device for modern transportation, especially for the confined sites and construction fields filled with roadblock where other transportation tools can't get close to directorly.The paper analyzes the hydraulic system and pumping system's signal in terms of the structure of concrete pump, working principle, rheological behavior in pipeline and changes of concrete pressure. The signal test table is established where the Labview signal collection system collects the concrete exit pressure signals, the piston displacement signals of concrete cylinder and the main hydraulic signals. The real measured signals are processed through arithmetic equilibrant filter of the data signal processing method. The pumping efficiency and relative error of real time output are measured by two output calculation methods. The integration interface for colligation mesurement system of the concrete pump is designed to accomplish real time measurement of the pump hydraulic system and the pumping system.The first chapter summarizes the basic function of the concrete pump and its advantages in modern construction industry, introduces the structure type, work principle, the development condition and trend of concrete pump. At last, the research background and its significance are addressed.Chapter 2 discusses the rheological behavior of concrete and concludes that the general concrete mixture belongs to "Bingham" and "plug flow" while flowing in a pipeline according to the rheology theory and equations. The theoretic foudation is set up for next analyzation of the exit pressure by analyzing changes and loses of pressure and the influential factors of concrete mixture in straight, siphon and taper pipeline.Chapter 3 introduces the research situation of measuring method on the pumpage of concrete pump and the mathematic expression is established according to the structure parameters and working principle. The key factors of real time pumping efficiency are described. The changes of the discharge pressure signal wave of concrete are analyzed and two practical output measurement methods are proposed.In chapter 4, the intruments for experiment and the installation and fixing of sensors are described.The data collection program is designed for collecting the exit pressure signals, main oil pressure signals and piston displacement signals. Experiment has done on the concrete pump on construction site. The pressure signals are processed by adopting the filter method of arithmetic equilibration to eliminate the interfering factors by furthest. At last, the calculation of real time output and presion analyzation are done in terms of discharge pressure signals and displacement signals.In chapter 5, the integrated flow of colligation measurement system of concrete pump is designed to measure the system's integration interface by using GUI interface of Matlab.The real time working conditons are inspected by processing of filter, examining data, judging working conditions, calculating pumpage and analyzing error.In Chapter 6, the research of this paper is summed up and forcasted.The paper is supported by the Nature Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province(Y104455).
