This paper integrated CAT (Computer Aid Test) technology and mechatronic control technology, taking the static pressure test system for the vehicle's oil cooler as its object, to research and develop the static pressure test CAT system of the vehicle's oil cooler, based on the static pressure test theory.First, it analyzed the oil cooler's actuality and its test requirement both in domestic and oversees, and explained the resource of this project. Pointed out the deficiency in the old test system, and designed the new system based on those deficiencies and the company's requirement.It designed and built the new test system's basic hardware configuration. The control part realized the pressure control and velocity of the pressure increasing, with the IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) as its controller based on the hydraulic-electronic control technology.It also designed and developed the software correspond to the hardware. This software was divided to several departs. The most important one is the Test and Control part, which is based on the A822PGL multifunctional Data Acquisition Card. The data acquisition's mode is interrupt acquisition. And it also realized the processing data's recording and real time display.To cooperate with the company's construction of the ERP, we realized the intranet data transferring and shear of the test object's information and test information. It also can observe the test process by the intranet in real time. All those satisfied the requirement of the test system.The characteristic of this paper local on those: Combined with the mechatronic control technology, applied the CAT and the VI (Virtual Instrument) technology to the design and development process of this test system. This increased the test system's flexibility, reliability, realtime and automatic processing capabilities. The test system had been put into work in the factory, and results showed that it had satisfied the requirement of the design. Since reports or papers about this test system have not been found yet, so the work of this dissertation is valuable for the development of similar systems.
