The hydraulic technology has been used in very diversity areas, such as military defense, industry manufacture and civil construction and so on. The performance of hydraulic components will impact on the manufacture and system quality massively. Through the test and analysis of performance parameters of hydraulic components, this has become a very important step for achieving the best application usage.For the demands of automation, speediness, accuracy, and lower cost of hydraulic components'test, this paper provides a hydraulic computer aided test system based on .NET. After research and analysis of hydraulic components'performance test methods, a data acquisition system based on MCU and test system software using C sharp and SQL Server 2005 were designed in the paper. The main work and results are as follows:1. The construction of hydraulic test-bed and its technical requirements are analyzed, and hydraulic circuits are designed in the paper.2. The computer aided test system is designed. And models of inverter and sensors, and communication protocols between personal computer and data acquisition system, and between personal computer and inverter are determined.3. For the demands of multifunction and lower cost of data acquisition board, a data acquisition system is designed based on STC89C52, and realized the conversion between RS-232 and RS-485.4. A data acquisition and supervisory control system program and data base has been designed, which realized accounts management, system setting, automatic test, data management, experiments management, serial communication and curve display and so on.At last, the whole system is operated and debugged, and have been used in hydraulic pump's efficiency test experiment. The results prove that the system has realized the proposed target, and fulfill the designing requirements.
