To a large extent, the real precision of the High-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration system depends on the accuracy of the control system precision. It proposed new requirements to the Vibration control system, with the improve requirements of the operating frequency and the output precision of the vibration test.In order to solve the problems of the two-dimensional control valve's common control of double degrees of freedom, realizing high-frequency vibration, the High-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration system based on the TMS320F2812 which has fast processing power and abundant peripheral control interface was investigated. The system can control the valve spool's position and speed accurately through the control of the linear stepper motor and the servomotor, while achieving the communication with the host computer. Process the acquired signal with digital filter to improve the precision of the control. Use the control algorithm to prevent the motor out of step and to eliminate the speed mutations in the case of nonlinear distortion. The hardware and software configuration is illustrated in detail. The experimental results show that the system works stably; the rotary and sliding motions are independently exploited to control the frequency and the magnitude of the agitated vibration respectively. The High-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration's frequency reaches 2950Hz and the output power reaches 300KN in the case of low frequency, it conforms to design requirements.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:In chapter one, a summary of some relevant information based on the domestic and international literature is made. The development of the electro-hydraulic vibration system controller and the value that introduce the DSP to the electro-hydraulic Vibration controller is introduced. The meaning, purpose and the main tasks of this thesis are given.In chapter two, the controller's control program is designed by analyzing the structure and working principle of the High-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration. Then the control model of AC servo motor and linear stepper motor is analyzed; the control principle of the controller is further refined research.In chapter three, The control system's hardware structure like the power of the DSP module, the linear motor control module, the communication module, the A/D module and other modules of the design is described in detail.In chapter four, the software design process of the controller is described. Firstly, the software environment and the software overall process of the control systems for the AC servo motor and the linear stepper motor is analyzed. Then, each functional module of the software, like the software for the tracking control and nonlinear control algorithm is described in detail.In chapter five, the laboratory equipment of the frequency and amplitude control experiments is introduced, while the experimental principles and the waveform acquisition are analyzed. Compare the theoretical value and actual measured data to get the controller's actual control precision.In chapter six, a summary and a prospect of this thesis are put forward as the conclusions, while the follow-up prospects of the controller is prospected.
