Hydraulic elevator is a typical electrohydraulic control system, and the speed feedback control method is advanced technology. The main studying content of this thesis is the speed control system of hydraulic elevator applying the speed feedback technology. Aiming at high reliability, the embedded controller of single chip processor is made, which can control the hydraulic elevator tracing the ideal curve easily and reliably.There are six chapters in this thesis.Chapter 1 introduces the present technology and the developing trends of hydraulic elevator. After analyzing many control modes of electronic controlled hydraulic elevator, the control project is proposed in this chapter with its significance.Chapter 2 describes the working theory of the hydraulic elevator control system , and introduces the components of this system, especially the VSVII integrated valve, which could be regulated by the controller of single chip processor with flexible control strategy. Also the mathematical models for the hydraulic elevator control system with VSV II valve are derived and the simulation is made.Chapter 3 thoroughly presents the design of the hardware of the embedded controller of single chip processor, including planning the resource systematically, dividing the whole hardware into many functional modules, selecting the components to compose the controller, and the design of every functional modules.Chapter 4 concerns the design for the software of the embedded controller of single chip processor. The software is also modularized. And a deep research on reliability and anti-jamming design of the controller is made in this chapter.In Chapter 5, the author focuses on the experiment of the hydraulic elevator control system and analyzes the closed loop control results of system. The practical results show that the hydraulic elevator using embedded controller of single chip processor has remarkable dynamic and static performance.Chapter 6 generalizes the work of this project and proposes some suggestion of the further research based on it, especially applying PSDs to enhance the reliability of controller.
