Belt conveyor, which applies widely to the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, power plant, port and mine, is the main device of modern scattered material successive transportation. As the development of belt conveyor today, the problem of horizontal curve is urgent to be solved for expanding the belt conveyor's applying fields and obtaining the best benefits in technique and economy, which is an important aspect to expand its applicable scopes.T-belt conveyer is one new kind of belt conveyer.The belt has a drive and guide rail vulcanized on the bottom of the ordinary belt. T-belt is driven by decentralized wheels on the rail's double-side with discal drive-wheel in low-power and can reduce the radii of horizontal curve. Having good capability of horizontal curve and fixed with driving and walking equipment on the idler frame, this kind conveyor can move like a snake which can be widely applied special conditions, such as salvage in mine accident, bumpy landform ect.This article analyzed the principle of decentralized friction drive in T-belt conveyer, summarized the influence factor on unit force, discussed the force's distribution between drive units, gained formula of the horizontal curve radii and introduced its structure and parameter of the main components .
