| In this paper, the task puts emphasis on the research of position sensorless technique of SRD, expectably helping to further development of the technique in the future.Firstly, by consulting many references, the development and application of SRM is summarized, and the framework and characteristics of SRM are analyzed. Compared with other drive systems, the advantages and disadvantages of SRD are analyzed. The developmental trends and the hot issue of SRD are put forward in this paper, and the significance of designing SRD is emphasized clearly. Secondly, based on the summing-up of indirect position detection technique, a practical sensorless detection technique is adopted, which is that a sequence of pulses voltage are applied to one non-conducting phase. According to variety trend of this phase's responding current, then the moment of phase altering is determined. The method substitutes for many a complicated calculation, simultaneously, not only the problem about the detection ambiguity of special points is resolved, but also the effects of voltage fluctuation and load variation and the detection error are decreased, and the system stability is strengthened. Considering the rapid responding current variation, the maximum value detection instrument is designed in this paper.Thirdly, the hardware circuit of SRD system is designed in this paper. The TMS320LF2407 of TI Company is taken as the main control unit. Corresponding peripheral circuits, including protective circuit of over-current and warning function, are designed. The logic operation in this paper was processed by CPLD, which can make the control circuit more simple, safer and more reliable.
