The Measure Research Of The Port Evaluation Based On Revised AHP-Fuzzy Synthesis Judgment Model

In the recent ten years, the environment of port management has changed deeply, especially with the violent development of container transport, which puts forward high request to the planning, management and development of port. In order to win in the fierce competition, the port should get a large and steady amount of source of goods. The carrier has played a greater and greater role in this respect.This thesis focuses on the analysis of how to assess the port,research the process and characteristic about port assessment,and introduce Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy synthesis judgment. Finally establish mathematic model based on it.The structure of the full paper is as follows:First, it analyses competitiveness of the port market, explains the other measures of port assessment briefly and reviews the relevant documents on port assessment.Second, it carries on questionnaire investigation, analyses the main qualitative factors, and summarizes the most important factors on how to assess the port. Third, introduce entropy power filter law to filter assessment factors. Then,introduce revised AHP—Fuzzy synthesis judgment, and establish revised AHP—Fuzzy synthesis judgment model for port evaluation. Finally, it carries on the application through the concrete harbor example. And give some advices on how to improve the harbor according to the results.
