With the vigorous development of the global shipping business,the pollution problem caused by the means of marine transportation to the environment is increasingly prominent.Many countries around the world have carried out a lot of exploration and research to solve this problem.In the 1990s,with the vigorous development of the power industry,the port ship shore power technology came into being.Shore power of port ships refers to a new power supply technology which uses the power provided by shore power to replace the diesel generator of the ships during the dock operation or dock maintenance.This technology can greatly reduce the discharge of pollutants and save economic costs during the period of ship berthing.It is of great significance to improve the ecological environment near the port and create a good living and working environment for the residents of the port.This paper introduces the research status of port shore power field at home and abroad,analyzes the ship shore power technology,power supply type and their advantages in detail,and expounds the policies,standards,basis and necessity of port shore power construction in China.Dalian port,as an important transportation hub in Northeast Asia,has always adhered to the green and low-carbon development idea for many years,and has made great progress in the construction of port ship shore power.This paper analyzes and introduces the construction and use of Dalian port ship shore power,calculates the pollutant emission reduction and saving after the "Minghui" ship berthed at Dalian port and used shore power This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the environmental and economic benefits of the ship shore power project in Dalian port by using the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation.The final result shows that the ship shore power project in Dalian port has better environmental and economic benefits.In the future,it should be strongly advocated and encouraged that the ships close to the port should be connected to the shore power for operation.
