This paper mainly experiment research and numerical analyzed the submunition ballistic trajectory condition of hard structure munition. As an important part of weapon system, fuze has affection on improving ammunition efficiency. The ballistic trajectory condition is very important for fuse. Firstly, the paper computed the result of pine material experiment and the experimentation of the hard structure munition shooting 25 millimeter pine. And then, use the software LS-DYNA2D with the experiment data and pine parameter obtain before to simulate that hard structure munition shooting 25 millimeter pine and shooting thin armor plate. At last, through the contrast of numerical compute result and ballistic trajectory experimentation and considering the attribute of pine, the paper proposal using thin armor plate in stead of 25 millimeter pine to research the muzzle safety distance of submunition and check sensitivity of submunition fuze of hard structure munition.
