In modern coal field, coal companies are not limited to manufacture coal products and service coal field only, as the electric network become more and more complex, and the load becomes bigger and bigger, how to design power system in reason , prevent system failure or minimize potential failure loss to system, and to guarantee steady and reliable operation after project carries into execution, has been an urgent task for coal field electronic designers.Power System simulation analysis soft ware is widely used in large-scale power supply system layout. On the other hand, as coal field power system used to be simpler, it was seldom used in coal field power system layout.Commissioned by Feicheng Coal Mining Group Co.,ltd., special research has been conducted in regard to safety and reliability of Fei Cheng Coal Field 110KV power supply system. FASTEST software package developed by Automation Research Institute (Nan Jing Nan Rui Group Co.ltd.) of National Power Cooperation is used as main tool in this subject research.Main content is as follows: in safety stability aspect, tide analysis, static safety analysis and transient safety stability analysis have been conducted under normal condition, maximum load condition and all examine-and-repair conditions; for electricity transmission under safe and reliable operation, analysis and calculation has been conducted, resulting in max load for electrolyte aluminum and corresponding power generation loading methods under the above operating methods.;Based on the above-mentioned operation methods, this article analyzes influence on electricity transmitting capacity by unit cut from power system. In addition, influence on independent power supply system by aluminum plant load change has been analyzed, influence on independent power supply system stability by factory sudden run back, and corresponding emergency measures have also been researched.
