The popularity of vehicles for daily life to provide a great convenience,but also caused by parking difficulties and traffic congestion problems,so the three-dimensional garage because of its high land utilization,parking efficiency,parking standardization and other advantages,began in the domestic first-line city popularization.Many scholars have made a lot of research on it,but there are few researches on the reliability research of stereo garage.In this paper,the comb-type Tower stereo garage is studied,and its structural design,statics analysis,seismic performance analysis and reliability are studied in detail.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall structure design of the comb-type tower-shaped three-dimensional garage.The structure principle design,the structural dimension design and the main fitting selection of the comb-type tower type three-dimensional garage are carried out.Based on the design principle of steel structure,the whole steel structure column,crossbeam,lifting system and bottom turntable part of the garage are designed in detail.(2)Static analysis of comb-type tower stereo garage.The load parameters of garages under normal working conditions are studied,which lays a foundation for statics analysis.This paper analyzes the stress and deformation of the comb type Tower stereo garage under different working conditions by using Workbench Software,evaluates the safety performance of the garage under static load,studies the influence of different loads on the garage,and obtains the qualitative conclusion.(3)Research on seismic behavior of comb-type tower-shaped three-dimensional garage.Based on the seismic influence coefficient and structural modal analysis results,the seismic response spectra of the garages are analyzed,and the dynamic response of the structures under the earthquake loads is obtained.At the same time,the paper analyzes the main frame of the garage and selects the seismic data of EI wave and Tianjin wave as transient analysis,and gets the deformation cloud of the garage.The results of the two methods are verified and supported mutually,and the seismic performance of the garage isevaluated,and the weak part is identified as the direction of structural optimization.(4)Research on reliability of comb-type tower stereo garage.Using the probabilistic analysis module of ANSYS as the tool,Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the reliability of the structure under normal use limit state.The influence of each input variable on the reliability of the garage is studied,the quantitative conclusion is obtained on the influence of different parameters on the reliability of the garage,and the reliability of the garage is evaluated to provide reference for the equipment maintenance and product optimization.
