Studying On The Construction Safety Management Of The Construction Enterprise

Safety is the basic requirement of the human, and also the basic guarantee of the human. Construction safety is paid much attention to whether overseas or in China, as part of safety. Recently, the research on the construction safety management of the construction enterprise, has gained great achievements.At present, construction safety has gained more and more attention from the government in China, but the safety situation not satisfied yet. The cause lies in that there exist many problems as follows in the construction safety management of the construction enterprise in China.(1) Internal problems. The organizations outside the construction enterprise don't give enough support in the construction safety management of the construction enterprise.(2) External problems. The construction enterprise dosen't mean to expend necessary costs in the construction safety management; The construction enterprise lacks the effective method of evaluating the results of the construction safety management.; The occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) dosen't work very well, because the level of workers' safety quality is not high, the organizational structure, duties and goals need to be reasonably arranged; risk control measures don't have variety; The construction enterprise must ensure OSHMS continual improvement in a few ways.
