| Bars-Linkage is a kind of very important organization and widely used in all kinds of machine. It can be manufactured easily and can run reliably. To develop effective Bars-Linkage CAD software with low cost is the task of this thesis.According to traditional Bars-Linkage design theory such as graphical method and experimental method, a series of Programming Tech was tried. The develop-tech of special software was tried in this thesis by development of Bars Linkage CAD software.This software include resolution , kinematics analyse , kinematics simulation,parameter modeling and finite-element analysis parts. Most of the develop-tech of CAD software was discussed in this thesis, particular to the develop-tech of special software. The primary achievement and feature of this thesis in theory and practice is as follows:(1) The way to unite CAD Tech with traditional machine design method is studied. The main contents are about the feasibility of unite CAD Tech with traditional graphical method and experimental method. The solution is offered.(2) The effective develop-tech of AutoCAD software is studied. The main contents are about the feasibility of Multi-platform Cross Programming Tech which will be used in combination with ActiveX Automation Tech and ObjectARX2005 Tech to develop AutoCAD systems. The solution is offered.(3) The possible way to program kinematics-analyse unit is studied and the unit is developed.(4) The possible way to program kinematics-simulation unit is studied and the unit is developed. |
