Research On Data Acquiring And Data Processing Based On Laser Measurement System

RE is a burgeoning advanced manufacturing technology used to redesign,exploit and innovate new products. Shape data acquiring and data processing are two key problems. The paper is based on the three-dimensional digital measurement system. Combining with the LSH800 four-axis laser machine of our college, the author studies data acquiring and data processing thoroughly, designs five-axis laser three-dimensional measurement system.The paper studies the existing laser measurement system thoroughly with some examples on the base of analyzing three-dimensional laser measurement theory. For the existing actual problems the author puts forward several measuring plans, and testifies with a lot of examples. On the base of the type of the point cloud,the author puts forward"T"method on the scan line data reduction, compares them with other methods of the data reduction. Due to the problems existed in the curve reconstruction from the point cloud, the author puts forward the method of the curvature analysis and testifies with examples.The paper analyzes the two methods of the data registration, compares the tolerance of their results with two examples. In order to acquire precise cloud data, the author puts forward hard registration instead of software registration, According to the conclusion, The author designs five-axis laser digital measurement on the base of the four-axis measuring machine with adding one degree of freedom, the system includes the hardware and the software, the hardware includes the joint between PC and MCU and also includes the joint between MCU and step motor, the software includes the program of PC and MCU.
