Application Of Grey System Theroy In CMM Data Measurement

As a key technical in Reverse Enginerring, data acquisition decided the result of continuous processing accuracy in RE.This paper have studied application of grey system theroy in contact measurement. Path plan is an important function for CMM software system. Measuring path is a movement track which produced by a measuring machine. It is composed of three parts measuring point, orientation point and contact vector. This paper studies some arithmetics on path plan generation, and bring forward a CMM path plan arithmetic. This arithmetic is based on point cloud generated by optical measurement. After the construction of neighbors information for the point clouds, this paper consider the information of curvature and distance between neighborhood points and generates the CMM measuring path.And this paper studied in file transfer for different file formation,improved the efficiency for CMM export result file.Data processing is another key tecnical in RE, this paper mainly studied in data processing in optical measured point cloud data, including point data reduction for scan data, point cloud compositor for different scan ordinal, point cloud segment for scan data, arithmetic research in slicing for point cloud especially in self-adapting slicing.This paper studied application for grey theory in RE, with the help of grey system theroy the paper present a new method for the study of data measurement and data processing. Paper analyzed the creation in grey list used for point cloud predication, realized the self-measurement arithmetic for CMM. Analyzed the superiority for different GM(1,1) model used in different predication.Paper have studied the relationship between grey relation and geometry curve, realized the arithmetic for point data cloud self-adaptive slicing. Paper present a whole programming for lamina measurement.
