The pipeline hydrotransport of fly ash is the main body system in the power plant. With the condition of resources of water is increasingly nervous, it has been an inevitable choice of condensed wet ash system. Compared with the dilute wet ash, condensed wet ash has the obvious superiority to the energy consumption, water consumption and the tubing expense. At present, the research about the condensed wet ash resistance computation and the parameter optimization very few, generally determined on the basis of experiences, is hardly achieved the economic. In view of this situation, this article found the appropriate resistance computation model and the ash parameter model, and then designed and developed them for the software, they can provide the parameter reference for the power plant pipeline design and transformation. The paper firstly introduced the hydrotransport fly ash system and analysis of water consumption and water-saving technology, and then research on the pulverized coal ash hydromass nature, by the analysis of pipeline resistance computation and the ash parameter, found the appropriate resistance computation model and the ash parameter model, then designed and developed the software of the resistance computation and the ash parameter optimization.
