| The modern communication has put forward the more and higher requirements to the asphalt pavement, and this requires us to improve serviceable quality of asphalt pavement, lengthen the serviceable life of asphalt pavement and enhance the economic efficiency constantly. Because of the quality serviceable performance of the polyester fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete, recent addition of the polyester fiber in order to improve the asphalt quality of asphalt pavement get more and more appreciation and application.This paper firstly studied technical indices and the effect mechanism of polyester fiber, the relation of the polyester fiber content and the optimum asphalt content as well as the optimum asphalt content of the AC-16 I polyester fiber type dense gradation, and reference the achievements of indoor experiments on polyester fiber asphalt mixture our country, on the ground of experiments reduced and analyzed the improvements of asphalt mixture high temperature stability and the cryogenic crack resistance as well as the resistance of water-coursed damages etc.. Then discussed technical and economic effects of polyester fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete construction mixture ratio.Because research of polyester fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete pavement in our country emerged very lately, therefore systematically research is very necessary, and by studies and analysis of every concrete critical technical problem of asphalt pavement that applied polyester fiber-enhanced asphalt concrete, established foundations for wide scope popularization and application. |
