The method of using some fiber to improve the performance of asphalt mixture has excellent function.In this paper,based on the analysis of the mechanism of fiber asphalt mixture,combines with the quality control index test of flocculent methyl and various methyl asphalt mixture performance tests,compares with their performances through different kinds of methyl cellulose asphalt mixtures,and analyzes the pavement construction process of methyl cellulose asphalt mixtures.Besides,the paper comparatively analyzes different forms of fiber asphalt in performance and economy.The results can provide the guidance for engineering applications of fiber asphalt mixture.The main contents include:(1)Impact mechanism analysis of reinforced fiber and its mixture performance.In this paper the performance of polyester fiber,polyacrylonitrile fiber and Basalt mineral fibre asphalt are analyzed in-depth by laboratory test.By comparing the difference of three measurement indicators,including dynamic stability,maximum bending circumferential strain and intensity ratio of frozen and melted,the law to influence asphalt mixture pavement construction of three indicators above-mentioned is found and high temperature rutting is analyzed.(2)Study on the qualification control indicators of flocculent methyl.Based on the performance researches of flocculent methyl,Marshall test and mix design of flocculent methyl asphalt are designed.Analytical results of high temperature rutting,low temperature resistance and water stability are given.Fiber qualification control indexes are invented and the fiber oil absorption is within 7.7.(3)Performance comparative analysis of different kinds of flocculent methyl asphalt mixtures.With the same stone graduation construction,Marshall test,creep test and diaspora-drain down test are designed,which are made from different materials--flocculent methyl and granular cellulose fiber.Then analytical results of high temperature rutting,retained stabilization,frost thawing split performance,low temperature resistance,creep compliance and dynamic modulus are described.(4)Study on the pavement construction technology of fiber flocculent methyl asphalt mixture.By paving SMA-13 up-layer pavement experiment road section,It requires the specific technical requirements to the gradation design,mixing mixture,transportation and compaction and so on.Moreover,it also puts forward some countermeasures about quality control.(5)Economy-performance Research about a variety of fiber asphalt mixtures.Firstly,the performance of the three kinds of fiber,including polyester fiber,polyacrylonitrile fiber and Basalt mineral fiber asphalt,is compared and analyzed before and after heating.Then,the sampled data under the same coordinate is processed to facilitate comparative analysis by normalized method.Finally,combined with the performance difference and fiber construction cost after normalization processing,this paper analyzes and compares in technology and economy among them.In the same way,the performance of environment protection,technologies,applying results and economic effects are researched.
