In the recent 20 years, the industrialization develop rapidly in our country .how to solute the badly influence brought by it is the topic concerned in our country and even in the world .in order to improve the industrial environment, the industry factory not only must have the reasonable layout, but also must carry out "the clean production "to reduce the pollution. The rational and perfect enterprise green space system is also important. It reduces the industry pollution effectively and economically, the enterprise beautiful environment may promote the enterprise image and propagate enterprise brand. In recent years, emerging the industry park and the industry traveling bring the industry enterprise both the economic and environmental benefit.At present, there is little research about the industry enterprise green space system construction in our country. After analyzing the industrial enterprise environment, the thesis discusses the problem from three levels. The first level analysis industry green characteristic in each composition element, including plant, path, pipeline, building and so on;The second level discusses the construction method of each green space subsystem, including the green spaces in the entrance, in the storing area and works area. From the green system aspect the third level proposed how to carry out the overall layout to the industrial enterprise green system. Moreover the paper discusses the new situation of the present industry park and the industry traveling. At the same time, based on the cold city ecology characteristic, the paper also proposes design countermeasure about the industrial enterprise green system in the cold city. Finally the thesis takes the Harbin refinery as the actual case, through anglicizing geographical position, enterprise culture, production nature, technical process and plant choice, afforested layout and so on, discusses the question and the insufficiency existing in industrial enterprise green system, points out the improvement of the method.
