In recent years, with the attention of people gradually improved on the healthy, interior landscape is getting into everyone’s life. Not only in the shopping malls, schools, and residential buildings can we find the plants, but also in the temporary buildings. Therefore, the plants have penetrated into every corner of the building in the city. The green plant is not only used to beautify the living environment, but also used to purify the air condition and regulate the environment microclimate. It can create a healthy living environment. However, although people have noticed the important role of plant in everyone’s life, there are also some wrong ways in the use of the plant that should have serviced to people and changed the indoor environment. So, this article which researches on the green plants of the indoor environment in the cold area can provide a way. With this way, people can choose the right plants according to the different indoor spaces. This article provides a scientific basis for people.It is different from other areas on characteristics and problems in the cold area which have the obviously four seasons. Therefore, this article summarizes the characteristics of the indoor environment in the cold area, based on the historical literature collections, and analysis them, as well as the investigation on the plant of the indoor environment in the cold area. This article according to the classification analysis of the pollution reasons of the indoor environment, people can understand the risks of healthy in the indoor spaces. Finally,in the view of the characteristics and problems of the cold area,combing with the environment psychology、 plant color theory and so on, this article develops a new plant greening principle to create a ecological interior space by the way of selecting and placing the green plants. At the same time, through the classification of the human actives、indoor afforest degree and the different function of the indoor space, this article summarizes a set of indoor greening methods. The methods can regulate the relationship among the indoor space、human and the space environment in the cold area. It can create a healthy indoor environment so that people can enjoy truly healthy lives.
