Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing mode that comprehensively considers environmental impact and resource consumption, which has the minimum impact on the environment and consumes minimal resource in the product's entire life cycle. The pollution when building ship's workshops is the most serious part in the process of constructing the whole ship. On the one hand, production workers have a significant impact on their bodies and mentalities if they work in production workshop with low environmental quality for a long term; On the other hand, the environmental pollution in workshop is one of the sources that cause air pollution in the process of constructing the ship. Therefore, how to evaluate the quality condition of workshop's environment is very important in today's advocating zero pollution from the perspective of green manufacturing.During the process of building ship, dust, noise, carbon monoxide in the production workshops are the main factors that cause the pollution of the workshop. However, the main manufacturing techniques those causing these processes are the welding process, the grinding process and the cutting process. And the dust capacity, the amount of carbon monoxide and the noise magnitude are vary with different manufacturing techniques. Therefore, it is particularly important to separately analyze the size of pollution indicators that generated from each process, as well as the distribution rules and the changes of pollution in the workshop. This paper has done the following researches based on the above ideas.1. The size of dust's concentration is obtained by measuring the size of dust's concentration in the workshop and analyzing the corresponding data and graphs; The changes of the size of dust's concentration at different locations in the workshop; The changes of the size of dust's concentration at a same measuring point with the increasing of the operating time of processing equipment in the workshop.2. The noise level of noise amplitude in the different manufacturing techniques, size of carbon monoxide concentration and the changing rules of noise amplitude in the whole workshop are obtained through measuring noise amplitude in the workshop, collecting and testing the carbon monoxide concentration, making the corresponding graphs based on the data and analysis.3. Finally, the levels of environmental quality in the workshop of building are divided according to the provisions of the corresponding pollution parameters in the workshop stipulated by state, which is based on BP neural network system. And the data that measured in production workshop are combined to assess the quality level of workshop's environment.
