Research On Multi-Airport Ground_Holding Strategy In Air Traffic Flow Management

With the rapid development of civil aviation and the special situation of our country's airspace, there come to be some congestions of air traffic in some airspace. In this paper, the model of multi-airport Ground-holding problem and the heuristic algorithms were studied systematically and deeply, which are two important parts of Air Traffic Flow Management(ATFM).At first, the general situation of Air Traffic Flow Management were introduced briefly. Second, based on the Multi-airport Ground-holding problem, a program model and its evolvement were brought forward including the condition of stochastic nature of arrival capacity. Then, the evolvement of heuristic algorithms were introduced in detail. The basic means of airline timetable establishing system were expound. The simulation result of our national airline timetable validated that the model is feasible and the algorithm is efficient. Lastly, the further research work of ATFM and establishing of airline timetable were pointed out.
