| Mankind's demand for the energy expands with the improvement of the living standard day by day, but the routine energy used now will be exhausted soon in the near future, how to manage surplus resources and use substitute energy become very important. LiaoHe Oil Field is the third largest oil base in our country, but it is also a large family of energy consumption, in order to send the crude oil in the pipeline, about 20% of it's energy has been used to heat and deal with the crude oil. How to utilize local abundant solar and wind energy resource to replace prevenient energy consumption is what this thesis studies for. So, the main content that this thesis contains is:1. Doing research on the solar energy collector which is the capital equipment of solar energy concentrating. Sum up the characteristic of all kinds of the solar energy collector through the way in which the solar energy collector classifies; Analyse the principle and characteristic of the Vacuum Hot-Tube collector of solar energy; Study the method of calculating the instantaneous efficiency of the Vacuum Hot-Tube collector of solar energy, then prove the method through the experiment means.2. Doing research on the wind-driven generator which is the capital equipment utilized to transfer wind energy to electricity power. Do the roughly introduction to the wind-driven generator through the way in which the wind-driven generator classifies; Introduce the structure and principle of FD26-250KW wind-driven generator, probe into the method of calculating the power of wind-driven generator when the wind is in the low speed, and analyse the course of incorporating the power of FD26-250KW wind-driven generator into electricity net; Study on how to supervise the state of the wind-driven generator and diagnose it's malfunction, then confirm the way to build the system of fault diagnosing.3. Doing research on the key problem that how to distribute input of the solar and wind energy equipment optimumly. Set up analysis models of solar and wind energy equipment in economy according to the local solar energy resource, then confirms the input of solar energy equipment and wind energy equipment through optimization calculation.4.Carry on research to the scheme of the energy-conservation system by the use of solar,wind and electrical energy.
