In order to avoid the damage of the building during the earthquake, the seismic design of building must be done. The foundation soil is usually considered to be rigid in the current seismic analysis theory of structures. The rough approximate analysis is usually done to the soft foundation soil. But for in the rigidity structure founded on soft soil, especially high-rise structure, considering soil-structure dynamic interaction (SSDI) while calculating the earthquake response is very essential. Since SSDI is a crossing subject revolving earthquake engineering, structural engineering, ground foundation, random vibration seismology, and high mathematics etc, there are many problems that should be investigated deeply. Available research conclusions are very limited for considering the influence of SSDI in structural seismic design. Objective in the world, besides deterministic things, randomness exists and fuzziness exists in most things, research on SSDI has the certain fuzziness and randomness. In this text work of research has been launched on judging effect of SSDI in structural seismic design, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This text utilizes ANSYS of finite element general program to set up calculation model of reinforced concrete frame on box foundation. Based on adjustment of the influence factor of SSDI system, a large amount of computer simulation is calculated. Considers structure response on rigid foundation and SSDI system, choose the basic factor and establishes membership function of the basic factor. Through establishment different rank membership function, builds judgment matrix and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to draw up the weight considering affects of different parameter in judgment. Finally uses M (?+) operator to carry on the fuzzy matrix computation and utilizes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to judge SSDI system by the result. The method in the article is simple and easy to do with relatively high judge success rate, and is suitable for predicting whether to consider the SSDI effect in the structural seismic design or not.
