The Research On Design Methods Of External Wall External Thermal Insulation System Of Building In Hu Nan Province

Nowadays, the experiences and information of external wall thermal insulation is abundant in the world. Through many years effort, the technology of the external thermal insulation has great development on the external wall. Compare with the internal thermal insulation, the external thermal insulation have obvious advantage in many aspects. In our country, dwelling houses are constructed with heavy structure such as concrete and bricks structure etc. The thermal capacity of these heavy structures is bigger, and the thermal stability of these dwelling houses is steadier than the lightweight structure used in a lot of developed country, which makes the dwelling environment warm in winter and cool in summer. On other hand, it is easy to stick, pour and nail the thermal insulation material on the heavy structure. Since these advantages that exposed above, the applied foreground of the external thermal insulation is abroad, and the external thermal insulation system become one of main methods in the external wall thermal insulation technology.Based on domestic and overseas research in past years, firstly, the chapter 1 and chapter 2 explore the historic evolution and the developing direction, and summarize the type, modes , merits and faults of some kinds of the external wall thermal insulation system at home and abroad.Secondly, taking advantage of the climate data in Hunan Province tested, we analyze the heat and mass transfer, and investigate the relation between the climate and outer protective structure, and demonstrate the necessity of using external wall thermal insulation in Hunan Province.thirdly, we find it is the main problem that crack on the wall with external thermal insulation of thermal insulation building, and crack-resistant technology is very important in the thermal insulation system of building . In chapter 4 we analyze and summarize the reasons about forming cracks and measures of controlling cracks.Finally, according to the results of cracks-resistant experiments in chapter 4, in chapter 5, we advise a series cracks-resistant methods, and pick out 6 kinds of external thermal insulation system, which are suitable to be used on external wall in Hunan Province.
