As we all know, in cold winter, especially in north area, the temperature of outdoor is 10 Celsius scales under zero even reach 20 Celsius scale under zero. However many people's car will place out of the door just because they have no carport. To startup the cars in this weather is not only difficult but also harmful to the car and shorten the life of the car.This thesis introduces the method which can solve this problem for the car. The electromagnetism induction theory tells us that mutative magnetic field will be produced when we add mutative current to the magnet coil. At the same time, if there is the ferromagnetic substance (such as iron, nickel, cobalt and so on) on the side of the mutative magnetic field and let the mutative magnetic field traverses this ferromagnetic substance, the whirling current will be produced in the ferromagnetic substance. The whirling currents flow in the ferromagnetic substance and produce quantity of heat just because the ferromagnetic substance has resistance. In this paper, we use the ferromagnetic substance as heater. So we can make the heater heat by using the method we talk about. In order to heat the whole engine, first we heat up the antifreeze of the car by using induction heater, and then we drive the antifreeze to flow between engine and pipeline. So the heat of the antifreeze will be transfer to the whole engine. The advantage of the method is that it has higher efficiency than using resistance heater. So it heat faster than using resistance heater and save the energy sources. Above all this method separates the heater from main circle thereby avoiding creepage. In the paper, we consider that we can hardly find the 220V alternating current power, when we place our car outdoor. So we use two accumulators on the car as the power of the device and use the DC to AC inverter converse direct current to 220V alternating current.
