With the increasing construction scale of China’s power grid,the power transmission and transformation equipment is upgrading in the direction of super-high voltage and ultra-high voltage.The 500 k V substation with the advantages of low power loss,large capacity,high power grid reliability and moderate construction cost has become the hot spot of power construction.At the same time,the daily maintenance workload of the power system is also increasing.In high altitude operation,active safety warning equipment in the construction process has been missing.In addition to strengthening the training of operators and setting up safety warning icons,effective and high-precision devices must be developed.This study starts with the electromagnetic field around the power transmission and transformation equipment,model the substation station and its main equipment simulation and calculation,analyze the electromagnetic field distribution,electromagnetic field design and use the corresponding electromagnetic field induction system,comprehensive test of the equipment prototype,so that when the vehicle close to the high voltage line,the collected signal processing and trigger the internal alarm device.For the main equipment,improve the near-electric alarm device based on the simulation.The detection circuit,signal processing circuit,embedded processor,communication circuit and power supply of electromagnetic field induction equipment are designed.The functions of signal screening and grading and early warning information sending are designed using Keil MDK.After the design and production of the system,the technical parameters and operation specifications of the system are compiled.The simulation test was carried out with oil immersed transformer and AC/DC withstand voltage test device,and the field test was carried out in Nanchang500 k V substation.The test results show that the transmitter and receiver functions of the designed near current alarm device meet the expected requirements,can work together,and the equipment also meets the performance requirements of long-term operation.In order to better realize the communication between electromagnetic field induction devices,this paper proposes an MR-NCS data compression algorithm.The algorithm reduces the repeated value of electromagnetic field induction data through the improved travel algorithm,and completes the coding and compression of the reduced redundant monitoring data through the adjacent domain correlation index compression algorithm.The simulation experiment shows that the algorithm can greatly improve the data compression rate under the condition of ensuring the real-time communication.
