With the development of internet based remote control technology and VR technology, it is possible to replace the traditional hardware-based laboratory with the virtual electrotechnics and electronic technique in the experimental teaching. To further enhance the teaching quality of the universities, colleges and institutes' electrotechnics and electronic experiment, break the traditional way of hardware-based experiment, some key technologies include Virtual Electrotechnics and Electronic Laboratory Client based on network have been discussed, the design and implementation of user interface, electronic component database, electronic component box, electronic experiment toolbox, netlist file, and the method of building and optimizing schematic circuit diagram are presented.The innovation of this article is that it has proposed the thought of researching the electrotechnics and electronic experiment teaching using the VR technology for the first time, established the mapping relations between the schematic circuit diagram and the remote instruments, the schematic circuit diagram and the breadboard, through the research to each composition unit of the electric circuit and the wiring environment under the hypothesized limited components set, produced the way to design the building and optimizing of the schematic circuit diagram.In this paper, more words are laid on the electronic component database, as it is the foundation of the entire system, and the degree of the electronic component database will affect the run of the system directly. But the core is chapter 5, the building and optimizing schematic circuit diagram.
