This paper mainly depicts the design method and design process of the test and control system of high-speed electromagnetic valves. This paper mainly includes three parts:1. According to the user's requirement, the whole testi and control system is carefully studied, the hardware structure is determined and the equipments are selected.2. We use Visual Basic 6.0 and STEP7 as program languages to design data acquisition programs and PLC control programs. Disk files are created. Thus process parameters can be acquired , disposed, shown and saved, and the historic data query can be carried out.3. The analog input module EM231 controls and tests high speed electromagnetic valves and acquires low speed datum; PCI-1716 Acquisition Card are used to realize high speed data acquisition from the sensors; the analog output module EM232 controls the oil pump motor through the inverter.This system synthesizes the nowadays various advanced control technology, up to now it has been working continuously stably. Its successful design is very significant to speed-up our contry development in the field of the aviation industry, the military industry and the auto industry.
