No matter it is the coils of a motor, a transducer or a transformer, it is must to be dried after impregnation in the production process, so as to enhance the coil's intensity, wet-resistance, heat dissipation and the insulation. This paper is to study the Vacuum Drying System of solenoid valve coils, and it is from an actual production subject, which is very meaningful.Infrared Radiator is adopted to heat the coils in vacuum environment, according to the study of the Theory of Heat and Matter Passing in Vacuum, which has many advantages such as uniform heating, quickly, high quality and energy saving.Fuzzy control is used to control temperature system of the drying tank. The signal of temperature is detected by thermocouple sensor, and then be collected by PCI-1710HG DAQ card, after appropriate signal processing. The signal is compared with the settings, and then the control signals from fuzzy control are exported by DAQ card, an AC Thyristor Power Regulator is used to regulate the heating power to control the temperature. The paper has established the mathematical model of temperature, and simulates the system with MATLAB. The result is satisfactory.The paper has an investigation and analysis on vacuum system, and does some design of vacuum system and some structure entities, according to the design requirement of a corporation. The monitoring interface is edited by VB6.0. We can call the I/O address of DAQ card by its drive and control other equipments by this card. The temperature and vacuum signals are collected by analog inputs of DAQ card, consequently, the corresponding Real-time changes curve are displayed on the monitoring interface. The interface is easy to learn and convenient to operate, realizing Automation and Intelligence in the process of drying.
