With the continuous development of diesel engine electronic control technology,Using electronic control fuel injection system has become the inevitable trend thatmeet the requirements of increasingly stringent emission regulations High-speedsolenoid valve is one of key components of electronic control fuel injection system,regardless of electric pump nozzle, single pump, dispensing pumps, or currently thefastest growing high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injectionsystem, high-speed solenoid valve are the most key、the core component to ensurethey can work normally.Fuel injection timing and precisely fuel injection can be controlled by adjustingthe solenoid valve open/close time and duration of closed.By changing the electromagnetic valve opening and closing law, we can alsorealize those after spray, spray and other pieces of the fuel injection law, changed thecontrol mode of traditional mechanical fuel injection pump and realizes thedigitization、the flexible control of fuel injection process.So for the research of solenoid valve has important theoretical significance andengineering application value.This topic takes the small diesel engine at low speed, with electronicallycontrolled common rail injector control as the research object, electromagnetic valvesolenoid valve driver circuit is developed, the electromagnetic valve, electromagneticvalve performance test platform is developed and the solenoid valve performancetest-bed measurement and control system is set up(including software and hardwaredesign, selection and debugging, etc.).And in the test bed frame, the structural parameters of electromagnetic valveand electrical parameters on the working performance of the solenoid valve arestudied by conduct experiments. Results show that the experimental platform cansatisfy the control of electromagnetic valve、the performance parameters of the signalacquisition and data processing, and provide a reference basis for electronicallycontrolled fuel injection system design.According to the goals and objectives, carried out some related research of electromagnetic valve which control electronically controlled injector, specificwork content is as follows:1. Analysis the main physical parameters which evaluation of electromagneticvalve performance, completed industrial measurement and control system hardwareselection including the sensor, transmitter, charge amplifier and acquisition card etc.2. Design electromagnetic valve performance comprehensive tes-bench,including tank, motor, accumulator, oil pump, fuel rail, tubing and other hydrauliccomponents selection and and design the installation of the test bench test bench.3. Using the Labview software development solenoid valve performance test andcontrol system, realize the signal collection、conversion、display、analysis and storage,etc.4. Set up drive circuit simulation model by using circuit simulation software NIMultisim12, study the effects of electric parameters on the drive current response law,on the basis of simulation model, and the driving circuit is designed based on the PIDcontrol of PWM modulation driving circuit.5. Various performance tests of solenoid valve are carried out on thedevelopment of electromagnetic valve test measurement and control system, and thedevelopment of the electromagnet, solenoid valve testboard shelf. Analyzed thestructural parameters of electromagnetic valve, electrical parameters and controlsignals influence on the performance of the solenoid valve, provide test data supportfor the optimization of electronic control fuel injection system.The above research results show that the development of electromagnetic valveperformance test and control system and the development of electromagnet, solenoidvalve test bench, can satisfy the requirements of the electromagnetic valvecomprehensive performance test.
