Along with our country economy flourishing continuously, science and technology developing unremittingly, modernize degree to raise continuously, the railroad construction business also has got into a "gold period" which flies to develop soon. Track inspection dolly is a very important equipment of railroad building and protecting etc. A kind of railroad track and inspect dolly that is high accuracy, multi-function, low cost, convenient always has been a dream of the railroad construction workers. So our robot laboratory begins to carry out this project to meet the need of railway interests. Hardware electric circuit's design is a very important part of this project, which have very imp -ortant academic realistic meaning.At after making reference to many domestic and foreign literature, as well as the relation project present situation, we decided to design the system that take the photoelectricity encoders and the diffraction grating measures gauge as the main sensors.The system not only may be able to meet the project actual needs in the measuring accuracy, moreover compares other measuring technique such as laser survey, gyroscope survey, infrared measu -rement and so on, it is lower in cost, higher in working efficiency . The system is stable and reliable also.
