Reliability Research Of Operation Mechanism Of CW1 Intellectual Circuit Breaker

In order to decrease the rate of fault and reduce the cost, this paper researches and improves the reliability of operation mechanism of CW1 series circuit breaker. Meanwhile, this research may also reduce the operation cost of our company and give more cost profit to customer, thus, it meets the main idea of our society.The main research content of this paper includes: the analyze of operation principle of mechanism of CW1 series circuit breaker , the main type of invalidation and it's reasons of mechanism, the design of the spring , linkage and shaft of mechanism , the effect of reliability of stress centralize to operation mechanism, a conclusion of method of reliability design. By studying the key parts of operation mechanism of CW1 circuit breaker and making some improving according to the reason of invalidation, the reliability of CW1 circuit breaker has greatly improved, and we list the result of change of invalidation and reliability.By closely connect the reliability theory with operation mechanism component design and producing of operation mechanism of circuit breaker, it can produce high reliability operation mechanism, then, improve the reliability level of circuit breaker, it is a key point of next work.
