Mechanical Reliability Research Of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

In this paper, based on summarizing some experiences on high voltage circuit breaker reliability, the mechnical reliability theory, reliability engineering and other reliability related theories are introduced in the mechanical reliability research of vacuum circuit breaker. Connected with the features of vacuum circuit breaker mechanical reliability, the method of mechanical reliability calculation, mechanical reliability analysis, mechanical reliability design and so on are put forward.Mechanical reliability of vacuum circuit breaker is the most important influencing factor to the reliability of vacuum circuit breaker, which is shown by a lot of documents and papers. So, the mechanical reliability of vacuum circuit breaker is researched in this paper. The following contents are included in this paper. Integrated system mechanical reliability of spring operating mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker is briefly represented and the mechanical reliability of some important mechanical components of vacuum circuit breaker is also calculated. The calculation results are meaningful to the prediction of mechanical confidence level and fault maintenance. Mechanical characteristic of vacuum circuit breaker is calculated under the condition of no mechanical fault and mechanical fault. The calculation results can be applied in mechanical characteristic on-line monitoring for vacuum circuit breaker. Some important mechanical components of vacuum circuit breaker are designed based on mechanical reliability design theory, which is helpful to improve the reliability of vacuum circuit breaker. Finally, the FMECA analysis method is applied to the mechanical reliability research of vacuum circuit breaker, which is valuable to the administration of vacuum circuit mechanical reliability.At present, the mechanical reliability of vacuum circuit breaker is not researched deeply in our country. In this paper, the mechanical reliability of vacuum circuit breaker is researched and the results are meaningful to improve the mechanical reliability of vacuum circuit breaker.
