Double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive is a new-type drive. After analyzing the advantages and the shortcomings of involute-gear ring-plate drive and traditional cycloid drive respectively, we have presented the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, wide range of transmission ratio, high efficiency, uniform operating, well knit-structure, high load-capacity. Because the study of double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive is still on the beginning, to analyze the reliability mechanism, to exclude the irresponsible major factor and to prevent the incidence rate of dangerous accident. This thesis mainly investigates the reliability of the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive.Using the numerical integrating has established the cycloidal gear reliability design model. And through the analysis discovered cycloidal gear in four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer, affects its confidence level and the bearing capacity major factor is profile correction parameter. Take cycloidal gear contact stress most to be small as the goal, primarily must restrain the constraint condition by the reliability index, has established the reliability optimum design model of cycloidal gear. Through optimizes the cycloidal gear the profile correction parameter may maximum improve cycloidal gear contradiction between the confidence level and bearing capacity. Infers the rolling bearing reliability and the life relations type through the rolling bearing life formula May be considered as through the computation rolling bearing life its confidence level. Proposed the rolling bearing reliability design method. Using this design method, may facilitate the selection to conform to reliable and the life request rolling bearing. Introduced how to design the output shaft reliability method and does calculate the output shaft confidence level.
