| Brain disease is one of the main causes of human death. The clinical diagnosis of brain disease is usually performed by analyzing the patient's EEG, it shows that EEG analysis is an important method for the clinical diagnosis of brain disease. The main tool to acquire EEG signal is EEG data acquisition system, which therefore shows its particular importance.Based on the analysis on the current situation and trend of EEG research, indepth research on various aspects of EEG data acquisition is performed in the present thesis. And the design of the whole system is detailed by dividing into three parts: unit circuits design, interface circuits design and firmware design.The pre-amplifier with differentiate common mode shield driver and the notch filter based on UAF42, realizing the amplification of EEG signal and the elimination of 50Hz power-line interference, respectively, are adopted in the unit circuits design. Meanwhile, EZ-USB FX2 CY7C68013 single-chip microprocessor is employed for acquisition control and data communication, and the USB HDD connecting to the microprocessor's ATA interface is adopted for storage expansion. This design strengthens the system's reliability and flexibility. And in the firmware design part, the design of EEG data acquisition firmware, USB communication firmware and USB HDD firmware are carried out.This designed new EEG data acquisition system is able to acquire high-quality EEG signals by taking the advantage of the appropriate hardware/software design. In this design, various technical targets are greatly improved to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and provide strong basic support for modern medical treatment and household health care. |
