Multiple-motors have been widely used for driving systems in recent years to meet the increased requirement of driving systems.Therefore,the synchronized control of multiple-motors is very significant.In the thesis,for the multiple-motors synchronous, relative coupling control strategy is used,and synchronous compensator is established on the basis of fuzzy-PID algorithm,the parameters of controller are determined,and which deals with the problem of acurate control.At first,a network structure based on the PROFIBUS is put forward,and the system design scheme is described.The whole system is composed of the PC,control unit,drive unit and PROFIBUS.The second,the characteristics and theory of the synchronous control system are analyzed,and the structure is determined.The strategy of multi-motors synchronous based on FUZZY-PID algorithm is supplied and the method of designing fuzzy-PID compensator is presented.The third,hardware flat of the synchronous control system is established and hardware and software are designed.Configured motion control module and draw ladder diagram and WinCC of motion control,at the same time,do experiment about that.. According to the merits of relative coupling control,the results of experiment illustrates the effectiveness and the practicability of the proposed algorithm the research work in this thesis concluded.This system can keep fined disturbance ejection ability and better following performance and synchronous precision is attained.Compared to PID algorithm, the result of experiment illustrates that the FUZZY-PID algorithm is much better.Finally,the research work in this thesis is concluded,and the other problems in the multi-motors synchronous control system are analyzed and the direction of research in the future is described.
